Shipping & Delivery

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery Timelines:
India: 1–4 business days
International: 5–10 business days, depending on destination.

Personalized or gold jewelry may take longer and may arrive separately if ordered with other items.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared via Email , and SMS

Are there delivery charges?
  • India : Free shipping on any orders
  • International : Shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
Are there additional charges for international orders?

Most international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are included at checkout.
For some destinations, local customs charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Which countries does Ciu ship to?

Ciu delivers across India.
International delivery is available to selected regions including the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return my item?

You can initiate a return within 10 days of delivery through our website or customer support. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 7 days , subject to product availability and inspection.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Are there charges for returns?

Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund as per policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within  48 hours of delivery  with a  360° unpacking video  for quick resolution.

Can I return international orders?

Currently, International orders are not eligible for returns. If there’s an issue, our customer support team will assist you.

Jewelry Care

How should I care for my jewelry?

Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in the provided box or pouch. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

How do I clean sterling silver or gold jewelry?

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use. For deeper care, follow the guidelines mentioned on our Materials & Care page.

Does Ciu offer a warranty?

All pieces offer a 1 year warranty which covers manufacturer defects.
