Easy returns
Return unworn items with tags intact within 7 days of delivery. Returns are processed within 14–30 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Domestic orders only.

Exchanges
Exchange for a different size or style within 7 days. Unworn items with tags only. ₹299 reverse pick-up charge applies, or ship at your expense. Domestic orders only.

Defective items
Inspect your package on delivery. Report defects within 3 days of receipt at connect@ciuofficial.com. Defects reported after 3 days cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your bank account after final QC inspection. Processing takes 14–30 business days.
