are processed within 14–30 business days. return shipping costs are

exchanges
exchange for a different size or style within 7 days. unworn items with
tags only. rs. 299 reverse pick-up charge applies, or ship at your
expense. domestic orders only.

defective items
inspect your package on delivery. report defects within 3 days of
receipt at connect@ciuofficial.com. defects reported after 3 days cannot
be refunded or exchanged.

refunds
approved returns are refunded to your bank account after final qc
inspection. processing takes 14–30 business days.
